Before you commit
Questions to ask about any platform, studio, or manager
- Can I export customer or subscriber information?
- Who receives the customer payment first?
- Can I change prices without permission?
- Can I communicate with customers outside the service?
- What happens to pending earnings after suspension?
- Can I take my username, content, and brand elsewhere?
- Who controls passwords, two-factor authentication, and payout settings?
- Are rules, appeals, and enforcement timeframes published?
- Can an agency or chatter speak as me without approval?
- What survives after I terminate the agreement?
